2 Kings 5:15-27 Don't be a victim – Naaman part 2 This week we continue our series Biblical Characters Sometimes Forgotten by finishing the text pertaining to Naaman. Interestingly, the storyline changes considerably. In fact, Naaman's character is no longer an emphasis; the story abruptly changes to an issue with Elisha's servant, Gehazi. Ultimately, it provides another character, Gehazi, that we seldom talk about. But most importantly, Gehazi leaves us with a great point of application. Application principles from today's text: 1) God's __________ cannot be purchased! - NO matter how much wealth we accumulate in this life, it will evaporate when we stand before God, our Creator 2) Only God (YHWH) is __________; and should receive our praise and worship! 3) For where your __________ is, there your ________ will be also. (Mat 6:19-21) Final point: DO NOT allow personal ________, interest to become more ___________ than serving God!!
