In this sermon Pastor John reminds us of the power of confession as recorded in the book of Nehemiah specifically chapter 9. When we confess to God our struggles, sins, dreams, hopes, desires, fears we free ourselves up to give God the burden of what is weighing us down in our relationship with him. The power of confession is rooted in the Old Testament as well as the New Testament and is often neglected in the modern Christian practice of our faith in Christ.
