God of gods or not?

Psalm 86:8 ESV

There is none like you among the gods, O Lord, nor are there any works like yours.

Psalm 95:3 ESV

For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

Psalm 96:4 ESV

For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods.

Psalm 97:7–9 ESV

All worshipers of images are put to shame, who make their boast in worthless idols; worship him, all you gods! Zion hears and is glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoice, because of your judgments, O Lord. For you, O Lord, are most high over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods.
