i will build my church

Matthew 16:18 KJV 1900

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

i will build my ekkesia an the gates of hell shall not prevail against my church

* Jesus took the meaning from greek and roman culture ,a body of legislator , like a congress to pass laws or not pass laws

we have the mind set that that we are getting attacked from every side

but Jesus said the gates of hell shall prevail that mean we are to be on the offence

awake thou that sleeeps
