Prayer for The Nation

Prayer

Good morning Church! My name is Chaplain Danny Watton and I am blessed that we can meet together for a time of worship and prayer.

We know that God is the one who appoints Kings over nations.

We saw this in the Old Testament when we saw God anointed Saul King over Israel.

Even though Saul was King God was still actively involved in their care.

You see God has a plan for us as a church and nothing will stop Him from completing that goal.

Today we have a President who has been appointed over our Nation. And even though it may look crazy and uncertain right now God is still actively directing President Trump for His own purposes.

Proverbs 21:1 English Standard Version (ESV)

21 The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will.

We want to take this time to pray for our nation and our president during this time.

That they may rely on God for Strength and Wisdom.

Pray with me right now as we lift our nation in prayer!
