MOTHERS
Thank you! You have done so much for all of us who are
children.
Let’s look at six mothers in the Bible, and what we see
in them.
1. Eve Genesis 3:20 _____________________
Eve, the mother of all living souls, had to establish
patterns and systems. We call them traditions. Mom’s,
________ traditions for your families.
2. Moses’ Mother Exodus 2:2-3 _________________
Moses’ mother hid him in her house for three months,
then put him in a small boat to keep him safe. A mother
may be the meekest person you know – _________
someone picks on their children. Moms protect their

3. Hannah I Samuel 1:10-11 ___________
Hannah wanted a child – desperately. She prayed
continually for one. She even promised God he would
give that child to Him, if He gave her one. She had a
child, and gave him to God’s service. Moms, as much as
you want to _______ on to your child, they __________
to God. Give them to God, and they will have a better
life than your holding on to them.
4. Naomi Ruth 1: 3.4 _______________
When it is time, no matter who your child brings home
as a potential mate, they will not be _______ enough.
But Mom, you need to _________ that person into your

that their parents are raising them the ______ _______
you are raising your child. Remember, _______ child

5. Mary, the Mother of Jesus Luke 2:19 ____________
Mary pondered the meaning of many events in the life

what you can, then ask God to take care of the rest. He

You are the first teacher in your child’s life. Teach them
