The Glory of God

What is the Glory of God?

God wants us to experience His greater glory. Exactly what is the “Glory of God?” If I am to experience His greater glory – then what am I supposed to be looking for? How will I know it when I experience it?

If you study the scripture – particularly Exodus 32 and 33 – you will find that, at least in the Mind of God, the Glory of God consists of three things:

The manifested PRESENCE of God;

The manifested POWER of God; and

The manifested GOODNESS of God.

So, if I am to experience His glory, I will need to experience these three things – His Presence; His Power and His Goodness! These three things are the solution to any of life’s problems! When the presence; power and goodness of God come on the scene there is no demon that will be able to withstand it. Psalm 68:1 says: “Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.” Watch this!

Acts 10:38 is the glory of God in action!

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good [The Goodness of God] and healing all that were oppressed [The Power of God] of the devil; for God was with him [The Presence of God].

This was what the ministry of Jesus was all about – and Hebrews 13:8 tells us that Jesus is “the same yesterday, today and forever!”
