You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
A. “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies”
This passage looks at Jesus being our provider
Get this picture of Jesus preparing this table and feast for you
We have this option to either focus on our enemies around us, or focus on the Jesus who provides for us
a. Jesus provides us everything we will ever want - Psalm 23:1
4. What is it that he provides?
a. He gives us love and care - Psalm 23 and John 10 :11
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

b. He provides us eternal life with him
i. We have life with him now, and eternally after this life - John 10:10
c. That’s all we could ever need
5. I want to encourage you this week
a. If Jesus is your good shepherd
b. You have the opportunity to sit at this table that he has prepared for you
c. Find that everything you want is found in knowing Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior
