Fullness of Forgiveness (12)
Permanent Nature of Our Forgiveness
Ps 103:12
12 as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us.
Jer 31:34
34 And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”
Personal Nature of Our Forgiveness
(Dative of Personal Interest) - Your forgiveness is directed to YOU and YOUR SIN
“I pray for all missionaries everywhere.” - Easy to say, easy to forget
Person of Our Forgiveness
Jesus name is the reason for our salvation
Fullness of Knowledge (13)
“Fathers” - spiritually mature, faithful believers for longer than I’ve been alive.
“Know” - Experiential knowledge and abiding result

9 How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word.

Why say this to believers?
There is enough flesh in everyone for the world to always have its appeal.

You cannot love the world and the Father at the same time
Guard our hearts to make sure that we stay in love with God
Priority to Pursue (17)
World is passing away RIGHT NOW!
Will of God is our eternal investment
