A Glimpse of Heaven

Revelation 21.1-27

Introduction:

The different states of Heaven from the Bible.

Book Recommendation: Heaven by Randy Alcorn

1. Paradise is where the saints of God dwelt until the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 4:8 KJV 1900
8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

2. Intermediate Heaven-this is where the saints of God go to today and will remain there until the Second Coming, and then all Christians will dwell on Earth for the Millennial Kingdom.

The Temporary Nature of the Present Heaven When a Christian dies, he or she enters into what is referred to in theology as the intermediate state, a transitional period between our past lives on Earth and our future resurrection to life on the New Earth.
Usually, when we refer to "Heaven," we mean the place that Christians go when they die. This is what I am calling the present or intermediate Heaven. When we tell our children "Grandma's now in Heaven," we're referring to the present Heaven.
By definition, an intermediate state or location is temporary. Life in the Heaven we go to when we die, where we'll dwell prior to our bodily resurrection, is "better by far" than living here on Earth under the Curse, away from the direct presence of God (Philippians 1:23).
Still, the intermediate or present Heaven is not our final destination. Though it will be a wonderful place, the present Heaven is not the place we are made for—the place God promises to refashion for us to live in forever. God's children are destined for life as resurrected beings on a resurrected Earth. We must not lose sight of our true destination. If we do, we'll be confused and disoriented in our thinking about where, and in what form, our future home in Heaven will be like.
Alcorn, Randy (2011-12-08). Heaven (Alcorn, Randy) (Kindle Locations 1001-1011). Tyndale House Publishers. Kindle Edition.
Thank God, there is a blessed home waiting on the children of God that is far better than anything we have down here.
I would like for us to join John as he records the sights and sounds of that blessed place we call Heaven. I would like to share some of what the Bible teaches about this place where all of those who are saved by the blood of Jesus will spend eternity.

3. The Future Heaven, God's dwelling place, will one day be on the New Earth. Notice that the New Jerusalem, which was in Heaven, will come down out of Heaven from God. See Revelation 21:10.

Where does it go? To the New Earth. From that time on, "the dwelling of God" will be with redeemed mankind on Earth. Some would argue that the New Earth shouldn't be called Heaven. But it seems clear to me that if God's special dwelling place is by definition Heaven, and we're told that "the dwelling of God" will be with mankind on Earth, then Heaven and the New Earth will be essentially the same place.
We're told that "the throne of God and of the Lamb" is in the New Jerusalem, which is brought down to the New Earth (Revelation 22:1). Again, it seems clear that wherever God dwells with his people and sits on his throne would be called Heaven.
Author Randy Alcorn:
I concur with theologian Anthony Hoekema, who writes, "The 'new Jerusalem'. . . does not remain in a 'heaven' far off in space, but it comes down to the renewed Earth; there the redeemed will spend eternity in resurrection bodies. So Heaven and Earth, now separated, will then be merged: the new Earth will also be Heaven, since God will dwell there with his people.
“Glorified believers, in other words, will continue to be in Heaven while they are inhabiting the new Earth."
Think of what Revelation 21:3 tells us—God will relocate His people and come down from Heaven to the New Earth to live with them: "God himself will be with them."
Rather than our going up to live in God's home forever, God will come down to live in our home forever. Simply put, though the present Heaven is "up there," the future, eternal Heaven will be "down here."
If we fail to see that distinction, we fail to understand God's plan and are unable to envision what our eternal lives will look like.
Scripture speaks of a New Jerusalem made of precious stones. Some of the jewels listed in Revelation 21:19-21 are among the hardest substances known. They indicate the material solidity of the New Earth. The problem is not that the Bible doesn't tell us much about Heaven. It's that we don't pay attention to what it tells us.
Some of the best portrayals I've seen of the eternal Heaven are in children's books. Why? Because they depict earthly scenes, with animals and people playing, and joyful activities.
The books for adults, on the other hand, often try to be philosophical, profound, ethereal(consisting of only spirit), and otherworldly. But that kind of Heaven is precisely what the Bible doesn't portray as the place where we'll live forever.
Heaven will be Relocated to Earth. Not only will God come to dwell with us on Earth, but He will also bring with him the New Jerusalem, an entire city of people, structures, streets, walls, rivers, and trees that is now in the present, intermediate Heaven.
If you've ever seen a house being relocated, you appreciate what a massive undertaking it is. God will relocate an entire city—Heaven's capital city, the New Jerusalem—from Heaven to Earth. It's a vast complex containing, perhaps, hundreds of millions of residences. He will bring with it Heaven's human inhabitants and angels as well.
It appears that God has already fashioned the New Jerusalem: "He has prepared a city for them" (Hebrews 11:16).
Hebrews 11:16 KJV 1900
16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
It doesn't say that God will prepare a city or even that he is preparing it, but that he has prepared it.
This suggests that the New Jerusalem, complete or nearly complete, is already there in the present Heaven. When God fashions the New Earth, he will relocate the city from Heaven to the New Earth.
It's possible that those in the present Heaven are already living in it. Or it may be set aside, awaiting simultaneous habitation by all its occupants when transferred to the New Earth.
Imagine the thrill of beholding and exploring God's city together!
The preceding was taken from the book “Heaven” by Randy Alcorn.

I. HEAVEN/NEW JERUSALEM IS A GENUINE PLACE-vs. 1-3

A. A Real Place

Heaven is as real as this place we are in today! It is a real place! Paul was taken there
2 Corinthians 12:2–4 KJV 1900
2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. 3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) 4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
2 Cor. 12:2-4; John was taken there in his vision - Rev. 4:1-5:14. That heavenly land is as real as New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo or Trafalgar or Morgantown. It is a real place where a real God lives, Who will be joined one day by those who are really saved. Heaven is a real place!

B. A Resting Place

Hebrews 11:13–16 KJV 1900
13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. 14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. 15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. 16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
Heb. 4:3-11 - The Bible tells us that we are "pilgrims and strangers" in this world right now, Hebrews 11:13-16! When we enter the gates of that city, we will have laid down the burdens of this existence and gone to a place of peace and rest, a perfect place where burdens cannot follow and troubles cannot come. When we get there, we will be home! It is a place to rest from our labors, our cares, our worries, our trials, everything that hindered us here will not be welcome there! We will rest when we get home!

C. A Residing Place

John 14:1–3 KJV 1900
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Heaven is a place where some beings make their homes. The angels live in Heaven. In fact, every glimpse into that country features the presence of the angelic host.
God the Father dwells in Heaven, Psa. 11:4; Rev. 4:1-5:16.
Psalm 11:4 KJV 1900
4 The Lord is in his holy temple, The Lord’s throne is in heaven: His eyes behold, His eyelids try, the children of men.
The redeemed of the ages will also live in Heaven with the Lord God. The night before Jesus went to the cross to die for the sin of the world, He gave His disciples a glorious promise. He told them that He was going to prepare a place for them: a mansion in His Father's house, John 14:1-3! When we arrive there, we will be home in a mansion prepared just for us by the precious Lord Jesus. We will be forever home!
I. Heaven Is A Genuine Place

II. HEAVEN/NEW JERUSALEM IS A GLORIOUS PLACE-vs. 9-26

A. Glorious In Its Beauty

- Never has there been a city described like this city! To attempt to describe its glories is to exhaust all the adjectives and descriptive language known to man. Paul must have had this in mind when he said, "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." 1 Cor. 2:9. See 1 Corinthians 2:10 for an explanation of verse 9.
1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV 1900
9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
1 Corinthians 2:10 KJV 1900
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
There is no way that I can adequately describe this city in all of its glory, but I do want to just mention three quick thoughts.

1. Its Creation-vs. 5

Note the use of the phrase "I make", v. 5. This is a city built by God Himself. He created it! He formed it! He furnished it! It is a city that bears the stamp of His power and personality. He built a city that reflects His glory. The beauty, the glory, the wealth, and lavishness of this city are only limited by those aspects of God Himself! Since He knows no limits in those areas, then this city is unlimited as well. It will be more glorious than the mind can comprehend!

2. Its Duration-vs. 6

- All the cities of this Earth crumble and decay. Every building made by the hand of man must constantly be renovated and repaired! Not Heaven! It is a city of such construction that it will never crumble or decay, 1 Pet. 1:4.
1 Peter 1:4 KJV 1900
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
It will never need paint, carpet or repair. It will not need dusting, mopping or vacuuming. It will never be turned into a slum, or bulldozed to make way for a mall. It will stand forever!
The perfect example of what a perfect God can do by His great power! In fact, this city is so filled with glory that even eternity itself will not exhaust all that God has prepared for you and me, Eph. 2:7.
Ephesians 2:7 KJV 1900
7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

3. Its Examination-vs. 15-21

- In this chapter, John tries to describe this city as he examined it. Notice some of the things he tells us about this glorious place called Heaven.

a. It’s Size-v. 15-17

- Ill. The city - 1,500 miles square. Possibly a cube, or a pyramid! Perhaps a sphere! Would have a diameter larger than the moon. If it were set along the east coast, is would stretch from the Atlantic to the Colorado, and from the Canadian border to the Gulf of Mexico. Ill.
A metropolis of this size in the middle of the United States would stretch from Canada to Mexico and from the Appalachian Mountains to the California border. The New Jerusalem is all the square footage anyone could ask for. Even more astounding is the city's 1,500-mile height. Some people suggest this is the reach of the city's tallest towers and spires, rising above buildings of lesser height. If so, they argue that it's more like a pyramid than a cube. We don't need to worry that Heaven will be crowded.
The ground level of the city will be nearly two million square miles. The United States is 3.5 million square miles in size. This is forty times bigger than England and fifteen thousand times bigger than London. It's ten times as big as France or Germany and far larger than India.
But remember, that's just the ground level.
Given the dimensions of a 1,400-mile cube, if the city consisted of different levels (we don't know this), and if each story were a generous twelve feet high, the city could have over 600,000 stories. If they were on different levels, billions of people could occupy the New Jerusalem, with many square miles per person.
The Wall stands approximately 216 feet tall. Beauty rather than protection is the basis for the design.
Ill. Jasper everywhere! The glory of God will radiate and be reflected from every surface.
Note-these are real stones...physical in nature.

b. The Wall-vs. 18 - Clear Jasper.

c. The City-vs. 18 - Pure Gold. (Ill. Pure gold is transparent!)

d. The Foundations-vs. 19-20

Ephesians 2:19–22 KJV 1900
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
1 Timothy 3:15 KJV 1900
15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
1. Jasper - Clear - (Ill. Icicles)
2. Sapphire - Clear Blue
3. Chalcedony - Yellowish Green
4. Emerald - Deep Green
5. Sardonyx - White with layers of red.
6. Sardius - Fiery Red
7. Chrysolyte - Golden Yellow
8. Beryl - Sea Green
9. Topaz - Greenish Yellow
10. Chrysopasus - Golden Green
11. Jacinth - Violet
12. Amethyst - Purple.
Ill. The brilliance of the glory as the light from Jesus Christ Light and Power blazes through the 12 foundations and is reflected and prismed by the Jasper of the city. (Ill. The Rainbow - The City will be a brilliant testimony to the great glory of God.

e. The Gates-vs. 21

Gigantic pearls.

f. The Street-vs. 21

Transparent gold.
Ill. Only one street!
Note-Suffice it to say that this city is far more glorious than anything the human mind can ever hope to comprehend.
The Best thing that a man can do is make the necessary decision in order to go there and see for himself!!!

B. Glorious In Its Blessings

- While all the glories of Heaven mark it a place unique from any other in the universe, It isn't the physical attributes of this city that make it so special!

There are two great truths mentioned in these verses that tell me that Heaven is the place I am looking for.

I put the wrong verses in your notes: Should be Chapter 21:2-5

Revelation 22:2–4 KJV 1900
2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: 4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
Revelation 21:2–5 KJV 1900
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

1. The Presence Of God-vs. 3,22

According to these two verses in Revelation 21, and Rev. 22:3-4, when we get to Heaven, we are going to see God Himself!
Right now, we are separated from Him by this flesh that we wear. One day, we will stand in His presence free from this flesh and we will see Him in all of His glory!
In that day, we will be able to bow at the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ, the One Who willingly left Heaven above and went to the cross for me! Friend, that will be enough for me! I really think that everything else will fade away when He comes into view!

2. The Promise Of God-vs. 4-5

These verses tell us the precious truth that all the things that hinder and ruin life here will not be allowed into that place. None of the things that bring tears to our eyes will be there! Even the tears themselves will be forever banished from that land! What a glorious future awaits the children of God!
I. Heaven Is A Genuine Place
II. Heaven Is A Glorious Place

III. HEAVEN IS A GUARDED PLACE

A. Guarded For The Saved-vs. 7

1 Peter 1:4 KJV 1900
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
Heaven is an exclusive place! Really, it has been created for a select group of individuals! Only those with the proper credentials will be allowed within the gates of that city!
Revelation 21:7 KJV 1900
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Note the word- “overcometh”

Some have taken this word and caused confusion with the issue of salvation and eternal security.
Statement of Biblical fact: Salvation is either by grace alone or it is not salvation. If there is any hint of works then it ceases to become grace alone.
The apostle John under the Inspiration of the Holy Ghost wrote:
Revelation 2:11 KJV 1900
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
Revelation 3:5 KJV 1900
5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
So how does one overcome? By works? By keeping the faith? By not committing a sin that is on some manmade list somewhere? By doing works that are on some manmade list somewhere?
The Bible explains how a person overcomes....
The apostle John again writing under the influence and guidance of the Holy Ghost:
1 John 4:4 KJV 1900
4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1 John 5:4–5 KJV 1900
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
John 3:36 KJV 1900
36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
John 5:24 KJV 1900
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
In fact, the entrance requirements are so strict that there is only one way to get in! If anyone tries to get in another way, they will be forever banished from that city! There is only one Door, John 10:9
John 10:9 KJV 1900
9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
and His name is Jesus, John 14:6.
John 14:6 KJV 1900
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Titus 3:5 KJV 1900
5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
The only way to get into Heaven is through faith in Him! You see, the Bible says, "You must be born again.", John 3:3; 7.
John 3:3 KJV 1900
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:7 KJV 1900
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

This means that you must trust Jesus and Jesus alone to save your soul.

Religion will not work.
Church will not work.
Being good will not work.
The only thing that will save you is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, Acts 16:31.
Acts 16:29–34 KJV 1900
29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, 30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. 32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. 33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. 34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.
Are you sure that if you died today that you would be granted access into Heaven? If there is even the shadow of a doubt in your mind, then I beg you in the name of Jesus, please get that thing settled today!
Remember the Words in Revelation 21:8- “Fearful” and “Unbelieving”

B. Guarded From Sorrow

Revelation 21:4 KJV 1900
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Isaiah 65:17–19 KJV 1900
17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: And the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. 18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: For, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. 19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: And the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
I have already touched on this thought today, but you need to know that nothing from this world will enter that world!
In fact, in these last two chapters of the New Testament there is an extensive list of "No more" things. Notice a few of them:
1. V. 1 No More Sea - Division and separation; dangers associated with the Seas. The New Earth will definitely contain bodies of water.
2. V. 4 No More Sadness - Tears
3. V. 4 No More Sleep - Death
4. V. 4 No More Sorrow
5. V. 4 No More Suffering
6. V. 22 No More Sanctuary - Temples
7. V. 23 No More need for the Sun (it will still exist) it just will not be needed because Jesus will be the Light!
8. V. 25 No More Night - No night
9. 22:3 No Scourge - No curse there!
(Ill. Hallelujah! That sounds like the place I want to go! How about you?)
(Ill. An elderly Christian lady lay dying. Her beloved husband sat by her bedside tenderly holding her hand. They both knew that the end was near and that they soon would be parted. As their eyes met, a tear flowed down the old woman's wrinkled cheek. Gently, her husband wiped it away. Then, with a quaver in his voice, he said, "Thank God, Mary, that's the last!"
When ties of love are broken, tears flow freely, and this is as it should be. But for the one who is going to Heaven, as well as for us who remain, the parting is not final. Our hearts rest in the assurance that one day separation and tears will give way to unending joy.)

C. Guarded From Sin

Revelation 21:8 KJV 1900
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
John Gill(1697-1771)Baptist pastor for 51 years at the church where Charles Spurgeon would become the pastor. He writes the following about Revelation 21:8
An Exposition of the New Testament, Volumes I–III Chapter 21

And unbelieving; meaning not merely atheists, who don’t believe there is a God, or deists only, that don’t believe in Christ; but such who profess his name, and are called by it, and yet don’t truly believe in him, nor embrace his Gospel and the truths of it, but believe a lie; these are condemned already, and on them the wrath of God abides, and they will be damned at last

“Second death.” “This means literally the second kind of death” (Strauss). Death is separation. The first death is separation of soul from the body. The second death, the worst death of all, is separation of the soul from God.
John G. Butler, Analytical Bible Expositor: Revelation (Clinton, IA: LBC Publications, 2010), 536.
Revelation 21:27 KJV 1900
27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
Verses 8 and 27 tell us the precious truth that there will be no sin in Heaven! What a blessing to finally be free from the wickedness and wretchedness that marks this old sin cursed world! How wonderful it will to be forever free from the presence of the devil, of temptation, of this old flesh and from all sin! That will be glorious!
However, as great as that will be, we must also acknowledge the fact that there will be no sinners in Heaven either!
There will not be one single person who has denied the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior! You see, God might as well allow the devil into Heaven as to open the gate to one unsaved person! They would defile that glorious city and bring it crashing down in ruins. Heaven would become Hell if just one sinner were allowed inside!
God has pledged to protect that city from all wickedness and sin! The only way to enter that place is to have your sins washed away in the blood of Jesus and the only way to get that done is to receive Him into your life by faith.
Have you done that? If not, what are you holding on to.
There is nothing here that is worth missing Heaven in order to keep.
Whatever it is that you are allowing to stand between you and an eternity in Heaven, believe me, it isn't worth going to Hell over! Mark. 8:36-37.
Mark 8:36–37 KJV 1900
36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
My friend, allow nothing to keep you out of Heaven!)

Conclusion:

The great 18th century Bible commentator Matthew Henry, anticipating that some would unduly mourn his passing, wrote these words of comfort and assurance:
Matthew Henry wrote:
"Would you like to know where I am? I am at home in my Father's house, in the mansions prepared for me here. I am where I want to be--no longer on the stormy sea, but in God's safe, quiet harbor. My sowing time is done and I am reaping; my joy is as the joy of harvest.
Would you like to know how it is with me? I am made perfect in holiness. Grace is swallowed up in glory.
Would you like to know what I am doing? I see God, not as through a glass darkly, but face to face. I am engaged in the sweet enjoyment of my precious Redeemer. I am singing hallelujahs to Him who sits upon the throne, and I am constantly praising Him.
Would you like to know what blessed company I keep? It is better than the best on Earth. Here are the holy angels and the spirits of just men made perfect. I am with many of my old acquaintances with whom I worked and prayed, and who have come here before me.
k,mk,l,ljjjjjjjjjjjillllllll,l,,/////////////////Lastly, do you want to know how long this will continue? It is a dawn that never fades! After millions and millions of ages, it will be as fresh as it is now. Therefore, weep not for me!"
Where will you be when you die? Will you go to Heaven with all of its glory? Or, will you go to Hell? The answer depends on what you do with Jesus! If you need to be saved, if the Lord is dealing with your heart, I beg you to come. Don't wait! Don't hesitate! Just come!
How about your loved ones, your friends, your coworkers, your neighbors?
Will they be in Heaven? Do you care enough to ask them?
One day, you will leave this world and you need to ready when that day arrives.
Are you going to the place prepared for the devil and his angels?
OR
Is there a place being prepared in Heaven by Jesus for you?
