Why the Invisible Kingdom?

For the past few months I have been looking deep inside of myself, like many of you have.
I have challenged myself in what I believe, and asking myself the question “Do I practice what I believe?”
These questions have been very difficult for me to answer. They have also been even harder to follow.
I am sure that we have more information going around with different opinions than we have ever before.
Information can produce confidence, information can produce fear, information can produce confusion, information can produce deception, and information can produce distractions.
The enemy can use this information and move our sights off of the Kingdom of God.
We are in the middle of a divine reset! It is a gift from and just because we are back in church does not mean that the reset is over!
Now its time to dig in even more, to put into practice what God has spoke to us about.
To put into practice the commitments that we made to ourselves.
So today I am beginning this series because I feel like the CHURCH need to be reminded about whose Kingdom we belong to.

What is the Invisible Kingdom?

Genesis 1:1 NLT
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
From the very beginning there have been two worlds, but each world belonged to God.
The heavens would be the invisible kingdom, a Kingdom not seen.
The Earth would be a colony of Heaven, created to look like Heaven, but inhabited by man.
Genesis 1:26–28 NLT
26 Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.” 27 So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 28 Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”
Man was charged with reigning over the earth, but when man became disobedient to the command of God there was created a separation between Heaven and Earth.
Until Jesus....
Matthew 4:17 NLT
17 From then on Jesus began to preach, “Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near.”
Jesus made an announcement
Repent-Change the way you think, change what you believe.
Kingdom of Heaven is Near-The Kingdom of Heaven is right here among you.
What Jesus was saying is that we are going to do a flip! What you thought yesterday is now different.
What was normal is no longer normal.
Why because some thing BIG is happening. Jesus the lamb of God would be sacrificed for all mankind.
The sacrifice would end the space between Heaven and earth to be brought to nothing.

What is the Point?

We must remember where we have come from so we can know that we have a great purpose and responsibility on this earth.
We will not have to be afraid of what is happening tomorrow.
Romans 8:31 NLT
31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?
Lets take a moment and think being a part of the Kingdom of God.
Lets worship him, meditate on Him as the scripture says.

Four Reason Why the Kingdom is good news

Nothing can destroy the Invisible Kingdom.
The Kingdom is in YOU
The Kingdom is a place of peace, a place where sickness cannot live, a place of harmony, a place of joy.
The Kingdom is still our home.
