I. Background

I am merely saying what God says!

II. Who Are We Measured By?

III. What Are We Measured By?

The ten commandments - Exodus Chapter 20.
King James Version Chapter 20

Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

King James Version Chapter 20

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

What is more important to you than your relationship with God? What comes between you and your relationship with God!
Lest you eat of the fat of the land!
King James Version Chapter 20

7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

King James Version Chapter 20

12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

King James Version Chapter 20

13 Thou shalt not kill.

King James Version Chapter 20

14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

King James Version Chapter 20

15 Thou shalt not steal.

King James Version Chapter 20

16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

King James Version Chapter 20

17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

King James Version Chapter 20

8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

We have left His rest!
All of this is found in the Book of Revelation!
King James Version Chapter 20

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

The Books of man works. Every deed, every word, and every thought!
The Book of Life. Those not in Christ Jesus!
Jesus summed this all up in two simple commands!

IV. Is The Handwriting On The Wall?

Is your time up? Are you drinking of the cup of Belshazzar? Are you on your last breath and you do not even know it?
So many people see this as a joke just like Belshazzar did! The things of God are taken lightly and people continue in their ways. You might be partying it up now but wait until you see all of your sins read out before you and you are judged based on those things!

V. What Must I Do?

Are you convicted?
