Spiritual Gifts

As we continue our studies on the Spiritual gift I pray that you are diving deeper into knowing what your Spiritual Gift is and how it is you can use it. As we studied the other gifts like Prophecy and Service. Here we get ready to dive in to the gift that can manifest in to so many different way to serving God. That gift is the gift of Teaching.

Teaching

Now the gift of teaching is more that just being able to help someone learn something. It is the ability to take the verse in the bible and not only break them down and help someone learn them but to also be able to break them down in a way that helps everyone understand on all levels of knowledge. The thing that I love about having this gift is that it does not matter on the age that you are. This gift is black and white you either have the gift or you do not.
We know that Christ started using this gift of teaching at a very young age Sitting in the temple teaching the priest there.
Luke 2:46–47 CSB
46 After three days, they found him in the temple sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. 47 And all those who heard him were astounded at his understanding and his answers.
See here Christ was teaching the priest not in knowledge at the time but he was being a teacher by showing the commitment to the knowledge that he was learning. He was teaching by being the one that was asking the questions.
And look they were astounded by the understand and the answer that he was giving while having the questions.
The big question that comes on everyone mind is why is this so important for us to know.

Why is it important

The bible being as complex as it is some of us have a troubling time understanding what is written in the verses. what the meaning is for us. Even more than that it opens a door for others to feel welcome to us especially the younger people.
Next reason that it is so important is one of the last commands that Christ givens us is to teach others about him.
Matthew 28:18–20 CSB
18 Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
We see that in the last command that Christ ever gave us we were called to love them and to teach them.

How do we use it

We use it by Educating the love of Christ to everyone even when they do not deserve it. See Teaching is more than just helping people understand just the bible. you can teach using your actions, attitudes, knowledge, the determiner that you conduct yourself.
In the first way we need to understand is that not everyone has the gift of teaching. and the only way your going to know if you have it is to start by knowing Christ and having the desire to know him.
The next step to knowing him is to trust him to Guide your lives.
Now is the time to take action. People are protesting and are upset and angry. now is the time to be the light and show them christ. each day more and more is it showing the start of the birth pains before the revelation starts to happen and what does Christ tell us to do when we see this
Luke 21:26–28 CSB
26 People will faint from fear and expectation of the things that are coming on the world, because the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 But when these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.”
