We live in unprecedented times!
I have never in my life seen anything like what we are experiencing.
In the past few months:
For years now, we have experienced such a political divide that it threatens the the core of who we are
We have seen a 20 plus trillion dollar economy come to a screeching halt
Why? God said enough is enough.
God sold Israel into slavery in the OT because the did not honor the Sabbath.
30 years ago, America stopped honoring the Sabbath and God shut us down!
30 Yrs ago, buisness were not open on Sunday
Alcohol was not sold on Sunday
Began in the 20th century with sports starting to play games on Sunday until today the number one reason young couples refuse to come to church on Sunday is their children has practice.
We have been subliminally taught in the past few months to fear coming to church but not going to Walmart!
From here on out, if you are staying home out of fear for this virus, you better be staying home for everything else.
Otherwise, it is time to come back!
A week ago protests turn to riots and 53 ppl were arrested, 10 million dollars in damages were done in an unprecedented acts of violence in our city.
Study it!
Omaha riots but not Lincoln.
Sept 29, 191 Omaha has what the papers call “Frenzied thousands join in orgy blood and fire”
“I found that since the city was founded in 1854, there have been more than 50 major riot events.”
Yet I cannot find what any reporter called a riot in Lincoln until last week!
WE LIVE IN UNPRECEDENTED TIMES!
Why Lincoln now?
Because of the prayer of the church!
The reaction of the enemy!
Race has been brought to the forefront of our thinking like never before.
Bro. Ready’s comments last week were interesting.
We can’t get caught in the trap of because we are not racist here in this church, this group of people - that racism is not a problem.
As long as people see difference in color there will be racism.
White against black, black against white, black against brown, white against yellow.
People fear what they do not understand!
There will always be those who refuse to learn!
Thier will always be those who believe there color, race, ethnicity, culture is better than any other.
To be clear: there is nothing wrong with national pride.
Although to fulfill the biblical prophecy of a one world government, that will come under attack - already American pride is under attack and when America’s national pride is dashed to nothing they will come for your national pride!
As long as your national pride does not lead you to sin, then you should be proud of who God made you to be!
If you find yourself fighting harder for your culture or race than you do for the Kingdom of God that repent and be converted!
BUT in being proud and content with who God has made you, do not sin by thinking you and your culture are better!
God does not judge by the color of skin, geographic culutre, or ways of life -
He judges men and nations by one thing --- ARE THEY A PART OF THE GREATEST RACE, THE GREATEST CULTURE, THE GREATEST WAY OF LIFE - HIS FAMILY!
24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

It does not matter what color your skin is...
It does not matter what where you came from or where born...
When you became into the Kingdom of God, you surrendered your culture, lifestyle, thought process to the greatest culture of all!
Speak candid: There is a perfect race, culture and people!
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Genicide has been in practice from the beginning of time because of mens ideas that they were better than everyone else...
In: Europe, Africa, Argentina, Haiti, Mexico, Afghanistan, India, Siberia, Vietnam, France, Poland, Germany, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Iraq, Japan, China, Cambodia, Native Americans and among the Native Americans.
The greatest culture is not a nation, race, or creed - it is the people of God!
When you are baptized into Christ and are filled with his spirit - you are no longer white of black or brown in God eyes, your are simply one of his!

Melanin: part of our DNA that determines skin color - the fact that my hair is brown and yours is blonde or black is determined by how much melanin is in my DNA.
The same part of my DNA determine not only my hair color but my skin color.
God’s way of dealing with sun absorption.
So when the descendants of Ham go into Africa, God upped their dose of melanin to help them compete the heat of that region.
