Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 1:1 NASB95
Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To the saints who are at Ephesus and who are faithful in Christ Jesus:

where was Paul when he wrote it?
Ephesians 3:17 NASB95
so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
Dwell means to settle down and be at home.
