Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Was this just a letter to Ephesus or to other cities?

where was Paul when he wrote it?

Ephesians 3:17 NASB95

so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

Dwell means to settle down and be at home.

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father,

Jew and Gentile being built together into Gods dwelling place
