Is what is written in the Gospels accurate?
In the Gospel of Luke Archioligists have found that Luke is actually a very accurate account.
For instance, in Luke’s reference in
And when they could not find them, they dragged Jason and some of the brothers before the city authorities, shouting, “These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also,
The City Officials is originally recorded down in the greek as a group of politarchs.
Now Historians for years accused Luke of inacuracy in writing this down.
Because the only governer or goverement that was known in that time was Rome so it was presumed.
Until later on Archeologists dug up a ruin that was a first centuary arch that said
In the time of the politarchs
This arch can be found at the british muesum.

There is also accounts in John that have been proven by Archelogy to be correct.

Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, in Aramaic called Bethesda, which has five roofed colonnades.
John records how there is a pool with five roofed colonnades and it was called the pool or Bethesda
Now for years Archelogists accused John of being completly wrong no pool was found.
Until they Excavated the pool on another dig and found not only the name correct but the discription correct as well.

These are just two accounts of many that prove the accuracy of the accounts.
