going through the fire

give back ground for this particular passages of scripture

first off looking in vs. 14-15 we see the king is asking the three men why they didnt bow down to the golden image he had made of himself, when they heard all of the music.

then next we see in vs. 16-18 that the three men reply back to the king by telling him they only bow to the one true king which is christ jesus.

continuing on we see in vs. 19-23 that the king has his men heat the furnace seaven times more hot then it already was. and to bind them up with rope to be placed in the furnace.

next we see in vs. 24-25 that this king is looking into the furnace and notices not three but four men lose walking around in the fire. in which he then calls to his servants and ask them did we not throw three men into the fire?

then finaly, we see in vs. 26-30 that the king has come to the realization of see who god truly is and just how powerful and mighty he is. because of what God did in the firey furnace.

in closing, remember no matter how hot the fire may get, if God brings you to it he will see yout through it.
