Fathers Day 2007
Father’s Day 2007
Introduction:
Job 1:5 And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.

2. We are to talk about what God has done and in doing this our families will remember God and praise Him for who He is
Conclusion:
Today is Fathers day, and today I hope to challenge you as fathers to take on the responsibility that God wants us to do
And Job is a good example
Do the same things Job did, love his family so much that he keep them before God continually
It is easy for us to pray and go to church when we are having problems
But when thing are doing good we do not pray anymore, we stop coming to church excedra, excedra
Proverbs 30:8-9,8 Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me: 9 Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain.
Deuteronomy 8:11-14,11 Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day: 12 Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein; 13 And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied; 14 Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;
Today is the first day of the rest of you life, what will you do with it fathers?
