God has sent Jesus to reconcile us to Himself, even though we are His enemies and are set against Him. In our Gospel reading this morning, Jesus send His disciples out witha Gospel message: "the kingdom of heaven is at hand." This message applies to all people, and we also are called to share it with others, as laborers in God's harvest.
