Numbers 6:22–27 NKJV
22 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 23 “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them: 24 “The Lord bless you and keep you; 25 The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; 26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” ’ 27 “So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.”
The blessing came directly from God for the less is blessed of the better. Only mediated through the priest. Must out of love and sincere heart and thus it should be received as well.. Jesus also lifted up His hands and blessed the disciples
The word Lord is mentioned three times- signifies trinity. Three in one
“the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of the Father, and the communion of the Holy Spirit” 2 Co 13:14
The favor of Gd is all in all in this blessing for that is the fountain of all good

THE LORD BLESS YOU The Lord bless you...May the Lord your Heavenly Father kneel before you making Himself available to you like a good Father kneeling before His child in order to minister and bestow His gifts and promises.
THE KEEP YOU
May God your Heavenly Father guard with a hedge of thorny protection that will prevent satan and all your enemies from harming your spirit, soul, mind and body, your loved ones and all your possessions.
THE LORD MAKE HIS FACE SHINE UPON YOU
May the Heavenly Father illuminate the wholeness of HIs being toward you continually bringing you to order so that you will fulfill your God given destiny
AND BE GRACIOUS TO YOU
May the Heavenly Father provide you with perfect love and fellowship, never leaving you and give you sustenance provision and friend ship.

The Lord lift up His countenance upon you

The favor of Gd is all in all in this blessing for that is the fountain of all good
‘Lift’ -נָשָׂא nâsâʾ, naw-saw´;
God lifts all He is - the fullness of God and His character
to bear, carry, support, sustain, endure
to take, take away, carry off
to be lifted up, be exalted
to lift up, exalt, support, aid, assist

The separation of God from human beings because of sin is unbearable - hell. Jesus lifted all His Godliness and came down to bear, carry away our guilt and sins.
