In Galatians 5:19 when listing the sinful deeds that come from our depraved nature, Paul points out that those works are evident. But Paul does not solely focus on these works against which God has given a law, but also those characteristics against which there is no law. In these tumultuous days, marked by seemingly endless division and controversy, we must be asking ourselves which is more evident in our daily lives: the works of the flesh or the fruit of the Spirit.
