CHRIST IS SUPREME
[Colossians 1:15-23]
Colossians 1:15-17
15
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by him all things
were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers
or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and
in him all things hold together.
BIG IDEA OF COLOSSIANS:
Christ is Supreme and Sufficient in All Things, Because in Him Lives all the Fullness of God in a Human
Body and in Him Lie Hidden all the Treasures of God’s Wisdom and Knowledge.
BIG IDEA COLOSSIANS 1:15-23:
The Same Son of God in Whom We Have Forgiveness of Sins is also God’s Supreme Representative,
Who is Supreme Over All Creation, Supreme in Redemption and Supreme in Reconciliation.
