Last week we discussed discernment. Discern detects, gives insight, your able to tell if something is good, evil, right or wrong. I have found in that when Im about to step into a situation or season once the Holy Spirit has allowed me to discern the next, then I am provoked to move in a posture of prayer.
Above everything else prayer is our lifeline. We are to pray about all things, and we are to pray everyday. However when it comes to warfare in the spiritual realm we must understand that the foundational principals of prayer matter. Prayer wins. It always has and always will.
This is were you prepare the table.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
Forever.
So lets begin by looking and a model of prayer that we can use everyday. This is the place where you sit at the table of the Lord. This is the place you are anointed. Its here you bind and loose. This is the place of victory. Most will win here before you see manifestation of the victory. Consistent prayer is key. (This is attached to the notes that you recieved tonight).

I Will Enter
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
1.) Praise proceeds every victory. If you are going to win the battle the praise must lead.
2.) This is where you thank God for who He has been and what He has done in your life.
I will Adore
As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So pants my soul for You, O God.
1.) During your time of praise will find a place to shift to worship and adoration. This is where you simply love Him in the now. This is the secret place that calls us to intimacy.

2.) The table has been set through praise and now we dine with worship. This is an exchange that takes place between you and the Father. It is intimacy. This is the place our image is changed, we are so intertwined with the Holy Spirt we are now in the image of Christ. I can now go to the throne with my petitions, requests and desires.

We can now boldly go before His throne.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Requests, Petitions, and Intercession
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
1.)I can now lay out before Him what I need, what I desire, and prayer for others.
2.)This is also the place where we can wage war on the enemy, because we are now at the feet of our Father.
Lord, how they have increased who trouble me!
Many are they who rise up against me.
Many are they who say of me,
“There is no help for him in God.”
Selah
But You, O Lord, are a shield for me,
My glory and the One who lifts up my head.
3.) This is also the place of binding and loosing.
And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
I can now move back into praise.
Praise in Advance
Then the children of Israel arose and went up to the house of God to inquire of God. They said, “Which of us shall go up first to battle against the children of Benjamin?”
The Lord said, “Judah first!”
1.) This praise is different. This is a praise in advance. This is a faith boosting praise.
2.) This is a praise, that even though you don’t see it, God is already providing victory. The battle is already one.
3.) This is victory praise!
Victory Worship
Give to the Lord the glory due His name;
Bring an offering, and come before Him.
Oh, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness!
1.) No matter the praise it will always lead you to a place of worship.
2.) This is the place you lavish your love upon Him. You are worshipping Him for who He is in the now. He is your God and you are His CHILD!
Close
2 Simple prayer as you close your prayer time.
1.) God I need you in my life today.
2.) Psalm 19:14, “Let the words of my mouth and the mediations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight. Oh Lord my strength and my redeemer.”
