The Amazing Qualities of Love

Consider with me for just a moment what it’s like when you know you are loved

There’s a feeling in your heart

There’s an excitement to your day

You are united together with that person

No matter what goes wrong…everything is still ok

Romans 15:30

30 Now I beg you, brethren, through the Lord Jesus Christ, and through the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in prayers to God for me,

Love Unifies

Let the Bond of Love that the Holy Spirit has for each of you, unite you in prayer for me.

As you walk in the Spirit…walk in His Characteristic of Love

Colossians 3:12-14

12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

When you truly walk in love, you are in perfect harmony because you put the needs and desires of the other person first

Love Brings Hope

Romans 5:3-5

3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

As we experience the Love of the Holy Spirit we have HOPE…

He is with us...We are not walking through the trials and storms of life on our own

We have a helper

John 14:16

16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—

As you go about your day, Experience the Love of the Spirit

Be in conversation with Him

Speak to him

Listen to Him

Be unified to Love those that He has put in your life, because He has loved you

Be filled with Hope, knowing that no matter what comes your way, He is in it with you!
