July 26 - The Mission of Jesus (What Jesus came to do)

Jesus came to bring us back to a relationship with God, because we had strayed

Jesus came to show us a new way to live for God, because we had falling into legalism and repetitive religious activity

Jesus came to teach us the right things about God, because we didn’t have the right ideas in mind as to how He worked

August 2 - The Method of Jesus (How Jesus did it)

When confronted with our brokenness, and the reality that we had walked away from God, Jesus drew us in

When we were completely off base, lost in legalism and religiousity, Jesus lead us through his faithfulness and actions into a faith that was centered on God

When we were wrong about God, Jesus taught us in ways that we could easily understand to help us realize the real truth about God

August 16 - The Motivation of Jesus (Why Jesus did it)

August 23 - The Map of Jesus (Where are we going now?)

August 30 - The Model of Jesus (How we can do the same to others / why should we?)

SEPTEMBER - Unshakable

Combining mental health, faith, and God’s mission in the world, we will explore the idea - what does it mean to live out unshakable faith in our world today?
