8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

9 Much more then, having now been justified aby His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him

What did God Demonstrate? His Love

Who demonstrates his own love? God the Father

When did Christ die for us? While we were yet sinners

INTERPRETIVE

“While we were yet sinners,” What does that mean exactly?

God took a risk being that we may choose to accept or reject His gift. Also means when we were at our worst, Christ died for us.

When Christ died for us, what did that do for us? Justified us.

We have been Justified by His blood, How shall we be saved? Through His LIFE!
