Beginning and Creation Genesis 1-2
Parents: Read Genesis 1-2 through the week to your infant as we believe God’s word does not go out in void.
Teacher read: In the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth. God took six days to create everything. One the first day God created Light and He saw that it was good. On the second day God created the Expanse and He saw it was good. On the third day God created dry land and saw it was good. On the fourth day God created light bearer like the sun, moon and stars and He saw it was good. On the fifth day God created the fish and the birds. On the sixth day God created Animals like cats and dogs and created humans like you and me and He saw it was good. On the seventh day God rested and saw that everything He had created was good.
God saw that it was not good for man to be alone. God brought all living creatures to the man named Adam so that he could give them names and have dominion over them. God saw that none of the creatures were a good fit so He put Adam into a deep sleep and made a woman from one of Adam’s ribs.
