What did Jesus do in this text?
He crossed racial lines to offer the woman (lower class citizen) living water with everlasting quenching power - eternal life.
Jesus blows her mind with knowledge of her life and revelation that He is the Messiah
It results in the drawing of her people to Jesus
Jesus tells disciples that harvesting souls for eternal life is a two-person activity; both are refreshed/joyful when the process is completed (salvation).
This is the fulfilling/satisfying/refreshing food that is the Will of God.
It is refreshing being apart of the harvesting process of a person to eternal life.
Jesus is refreshed through harvesting (sowing&reaping) people toward everlasting life.
This is the reviving habit of Jesus

When do I start the diet? A: When you want to change the way you feel / need refreshing/reviving.
What do I need to get started?
This pericope encourages us to get revived/refreshed by harvesting (getting involved in the harvest process) the people in the place we normally avoid, following his example in this text. (powerful call to evangelism)

What is sermon about? A reviving Superfood every follower of Jesus is called to eat (harvesting people).
How often should I partake? As often as you desire to feel revived.

We need to know that God has been sowing around us. Look to reap what the Father has sown, and join in the joy (Father’s joy when the lost is found) of harvesting, and do the Will of God, and glorify God.

A person on horrible diet wants to feel better. Tell of our whole food raw diet process. Tell of a particular food and its outstanding benefits. Ask: Has your diet caused you to feel revived/good/refreshed/energized? If I told you there was one Superfood recommended in scripture that not only refreshes and revives your soul, but brings joy to your life, would you want know what it is? We’re going to learn of this reviving food in the very familiar text of John 4. This reviving food was probably his most frequent / or favorite.
