Finding True Satisfaction
“As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face; when I awake, I will be
satisfied with seeing your likeness.” (Psalm 17:15)
l.) We will Be Satisfied When We See the Lord
“I will be vindicated and will see your face”
“25
I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth.
And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; 27 I myself
will see him with my own eyes—I, and not another. How my heart yearns within
me!” (Job 19:25-27)

2.) We Will Be Satisfied When We Are Resurrected
“when I awake, I will be satisfied”
“But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have
fallen asleep.” (1 Corinthians 15:20)
“Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?”
(1 Corinthians 15:55)
“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
(1 Corinthians 15:57)
3.) We Will Be Satisfied When We Are Like Jesus
“I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.”
“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called
children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us
is that it did not know him. 2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what
we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ
appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 3 All who have this
hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.” (1 John 3:1-3)
