Greatest Journey Graduation

People were bringing little children to Jesus.. They wanted him to place his hands on them and to bless them.. But the disciples told them to stop.. When Jesus saw this, He was upset with His disciples.
Mark 10:13–16 NKJV
Then they brought little children to Him, that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them. But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them.
Later on, Jesus had a child help him teach the disciples...
Matthew 18:1 NKJV
At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
Matthew 18:2–5 NKJV
Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.
The reason why we must come to God like a child is because the gospel is very simple. It is so simple that adults often times try to add to it or even say that it must be more complicated. However, the Gospel is as simple as A, B, C.
You must Admit that you have sinned.
Romans 3:23 NKJV
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
You must Believe that Jesus died and rose again to pay for your sins.
Romans 10:9 NKJV
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
In Romans 10, we also see the “C”
We must Confess Jesus as Lord.
At this time, I would like for everyone to bow their heads and close their eyes. If you would like to Admit, Believe, and Confess. You can say this simple prayer to God right now.
Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner. Today, I am turning away from my sin and turning to you. Please forgive me of my sins. I confess that I believe with all of my heart that Jesus has been raised from the dead and I am asking Him to be Lord of my life. Thank you, Lord for saving me! In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
If you prayed that prayer, I ask you to come find me after the service is over and let me know that you prayed with me.
