LESSONS HE TAUGHT ME ABOUT HIM IN A STORM
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
ONE THING TO NOTE IN STORMS OR TRIALS IS THE REALITY THAT THE LORD IS PRESENT AND SPEAKING
INTRODUCTION
There are times when he chastises us then there are times when he prunes. Chastises because of sin. Princess because of righteousness
Why he prunes is seen in a specific parable.
Jesus healing the mans sight twice
Nothing is wrong with Jesus.
Shows that even Steer a saving touch from god there will be the need to have our spiritual vision sanctified.
And they came to Bethsaida. And some people brought to him a blind man and begged him to touch him.
And they came to Bethsaida. And some people brought to him a blind man and begged him to touch him. And he took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village, and when he had spit on his eyes and laid his hands on him, he asked him, “Do you see anything?”
And he looked up and said, “I see people, but they look like trees, walking.” Then Jesus laid his hands on his eyes again; and he opened his eyes, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.

Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery.
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
“O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?”
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
