May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus,
Endurance is the willingness to continue to bear up under difficult circumstances.

THINGS WE MAY HAVE TO ENDURE
This year will may feel long
The students may be challenging
Technology may not work
Co-workers may not be as helpful as I need them to be
HOW DO WE ENDURE IN ALL OF THIS? MINDSET
Remind ourselves that the time we are in, the people I work with and the students I have are all ordained by God to be in my life in this season for a purpose.

that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.
Honor: intentionally treating people like they are of high value - like they really and truly matter
