Introduction

In the last couple of weeks we have been looking at what it means to be an effective Christian, and how together we then can be an effective church. We have mostly looked at what we should do, like go to Bible Studies and Prayer Meetings, be an active evangelist and engage in social work. We were mostly looking at what to do. But the other day, I was confronted by someone, who told me that there is something going on in our church that we should not be doing, gossiping. Now, the fact that I still don't speak or understand Russian makes things quit difficult for me sometimes. But when it comes to gossips, it is a blessing that I don't understand the language.
