They don’t believe that Jesus is God.

Jesus is Jehovah

Jesus is our Great God and Savior (Titus 2:13).

Jesus is equal with the Father (John 5:18; John 1:1-3, 14; Phil. 2:6-7).

Jesus is the 2nd Person of the Godhead - the eternal Son of God (Heb. 1:8-10; Gen. 1:26; 11:1-9).

Jesus is the true God and eternal life (1 John 5:20).

There is absolutely no way a person can understand the New Testament and not believe that Jesus is Immanuel (Matt. 1:23), God with us!

They do not believe in Heaven and Hell.

They do not believe in the immortal spirit of man (cf. Dan. 7:15).

They blatantly twist the inspired word to teach their false doctrines!

Music in Worship

The question makes mention of the ability music has to stir the emotions - this is true.

Music has psychological and emotional effects that mere speech does not have.

Many of the ancient mystery religions put this to use in their “conversion” process.

It is still an effective too today to manipulate people.

Music in the New Testament Worship

It is based in knowledge and teaching (1 Cor. 14:15; Eph. 5:19; Col. 3:16).

It is for mutual edification.

It is to offer up praise to God - not entertain ourselves (Heb. 13:15).
