Intro

Driving in Traffic
driving on the open road.
We have obstacles in our lives, this is the work of transformation, next series.
ILL: I used to have a motorcycle, harley sporster 883
nothing better than the open road, back country in Washington State
The freedom, the exhilaration, the boundless opportunity
This is what you and I were made for.
Many of us are driving in traffic
or at worst we are at a complete standstill.
There are obstacles in you
This series is about identifying those obstacles that hinder your spiritual freedom and removing them so you too can hit the open road.
This series is about how people change, how they really change.
The Bible calls us to total transformation, anything less is not Biblical and furthermore won’t work.
So let me as you, do you want to change?
Are you tired of the weights and sins that you drag around with you?
Do you long for freedom, lasting joy?
What transformation is not:
it is not freedom from pain, but freedom in pain
It is not answers to everything, but it is trusting in the one who knows
It’s not the absence of wounds, but the healing of wounds
It’s not the absence of sin, but a life or repentance
It’s not done by your own effort, but by beholding and becoming like Christ.
What Jesus offers us is unlike anything we could have imagined.
True Change comes
from the inside out
turns the world upside down
