Teach Us to Pray

Our Father who art in Heaven

Praise God’s character

Hallowed be your Name

Make God’s name known

Your kingdom come

Authority and wisdom to cause sway in the world and in our hearts

Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven

Your will be done on earth and cause worship in us as the angels do so perfectly

Give us this day our daily bread

Not asking for riches but for us to live. To sustain us that we may accomplish what you called us to do.

Forgive us our debts as we have forgiven our debtors

As sinners, we need daily forgiveness. We are undeserving and asking for mercy. Draw us to the freedom of your love.

Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil

Keep us from temptation and guard us from Satan from his works and ways. Grant us holiness for all our days.
