Jesus appeals to the thirsty

Stood up and crying out Jesus gets everyone’s attention .Cried.

John 7:37 ESV

On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink.

Why do you think Jesus waited to the last day of the feast? How do you think you would have responded?

Jesus encourages belief

The Word believes in John 7:38 is translatedin the esv as entrust and faith elsewhere in the bible

John 7:38 ESV

Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’ ”

in John 7:38, it speaks about believeing in the Jesus of the Gospels not the imitation

Jesus promises the Spirit

A future Reality

Jesus will be Glorified

Jesus need to be glorified before the spirit could be sent
