a. I am so thankful for this team!!

The Board Dynamic is 1 o the best I’ve had the privilege o working w/

we r able to work through & discuss church needs while maintaining a jovial atmosphere!

We got folks who’ve dropped what they’re doing at the drop o a hat to come support & serve

B. Head Deacon Issue

a. We’ve never nailed down the responsibilities o the Head Deacon

b. We intend to work in partnership w/Beth to iron that out

C. Work Day on 19th (who’s coordinating that?)

D. The need to run a tighter ship

a. I know that it’s really draining & discouraging during this COVID-19 season
