Get out of the sanctuary, for you have been unfaithful and will have no honor from the Lord God.” But Uzziah, with a censer in his hand for burning incense, was enraged; and while he was enraged with the priests, the leprosy broke out on his forehead before the priests in the house of the Lord, beside the altar of incense.

2 Chronicles 26:21 NASB95

King Uzziah was a leper to the day of his death; and he lived in a separate house, being a leper, for he was cut off from the house of the Lord. And Jotham his son was over the king’s house judging the people of the land.

I saw - God is alive while earthly kings pass away the heavenly King is permanent and eternal

· The prophet Michaiah saw God’s throne (1 Kings 22:19).

· The Sons of Korah saw God’s throne (Psalm 45:6, 47:8).

· Ethan the Ezrahite saw God’s throne (Psalm 89:14).

· Ezekiel saw God’s throne (Ezekiel 1:26, 10:1).

· Daniel saw God’s throne (Daniel 7:9).

c. High and lifted up: The throne was exalted and majestic. The throne set its Occupant in a superior position.
