WHY AM I MOVING IN THIS DIRECTION?

1. Personal Passions

a. Proper Stewardship of My God - Given Gift-Mix

b. Proper Stewardship of My God-Given Calling and Vision.

i. What has to guide this church is what guides and is consistent with my passion

ii. People who are in leadership and in the core group need to be committed to this vision and eager and hungry to help shape and grow it to realization

2. God-Glorying Community:

a. The need to rebuild with broad consensus of what the church should look like?

b. The need to rebuild with a shared group ownership

c. The need to rebuild with a solid core group of families ready and mentally ready (and capable) of growing a great organization

WHAT ARE THE FIRST STEPS TO THIS MOVE? TWO CORE VALUES

1. The first 30 Day Focus: Prayer and Fasting

a. Pray and Dream together, about a fruitful, prosperous and God glorifying future for the following realities:

i. That the Lord would give wisdom regarding the vision for a post COVID church.

ii. That the Lord would bring at least three solid families who would desire to be a part of building a great organization (church)

iii. That the Lord would provide a new location

iv. For a new name for a new name for the church.:

2. The Second 30 Day Focus: Invite and Excite select families and individuals to join the core group

a. Families and individuals that desire to be a part of building a great organization and community

b. Families that are willing to be a part of an organization that is multi-cultural in feel and flavor

c. Families and individuals who are willing to give time, talent and treasure to a large vision

WHAT IS THE TRANSITION PLAN?

1. To Bury, with Honor, Renewing Life Church in the following way:

a. Say to RLC that we will be shutting our doors

b. Say that I have been meeting with a core group to begin another work

2. To Fly While We Build the New Beginning

NEXT

1. That the Lord would give wisdom regarding the vision for a post COVID church.

2. That the Lord would bring at least three solid families who would desire to be a part of building a great organization (church)

3. That the Lord would provide a new location

4. For a new name for a new name for the church.:
