1 Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: Except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. 2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, To eat the bread of sorrows: For so he giveth his beloved sleep. 3 Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: And the fruit of the womb is his reward. 4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; So are children of the youth. 5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: They shall not be ashamed, But they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
All things are possible with God, but God needs a mind that is flexible and a spirit that is available.
To climb requires first that you cultivate your creativity.
1 If God doesn’t build the house, the builders only build shacks. If God doesn’t guard the city, the night watchman might as well nap.
Connecting with God is the key to cultivating your creativity.
3 And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Make every day an adventure.
Don’t be afraid to shift your outlook and change your paradigm to something different.
God created us to be creative, and He created us to be excellent.
Comparison is so pointless.
The standard to which you ought to compare yourself is the standard of your own potential.
It’s useless to climb if your mind tells you—you can’t do it. If you are going to climb, you must condition your mind and your body and your spirit.
Retirement isn’t a biblical option. Retirement is the consequence of losing your God-inspired momentum.
22 Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was powerful in speech and action.
Hold on to your creativity. Exercise everything God has given you, every time you get the chance...and do it with excellence.
Mediocrity does not honor God.
Live it by faith...with faith and patience.
Faith and patience are powerful tools against the enemy.
If you are going to climb, you need faith and you need patience.
Problems. They are only opportunity to prove that God’s word works.
You can only climb through maturity.
Hold on to your creativity.
Exercise everything God has given you.
Mediocrity does not honor God.
We must cultivate our creativity.
We must continue our conditioning.
We must also constructively confront change.
