Intro.

             I.      Choice  - (Matt. 7:13,14)

-There are two gates, two ways, two groups, and two destinations.  No middle ground.

a.       Wide

1.      gate

2.      broad way

3.      Leads to destruction

4.      many go by it.

b.      Narrow  (*Because*)

1.      gate

2.      difficult is the way (limiting & narrow)

3.      Leads to Life

4.      Few that find it.

c.       Illustration -  Shower

d.      Live in that Choice

          II.      Change  - (I Cor. 1: 17- 31)

-God wants us to provoke change in others.  Matt. 28:19

-There is one message given to two groups, who have two different responses.

a.       Not with wisdom of words, lest the cross be of no effect

b.      Foolishness to the perishing

c.       The power of God to those who are being saved

d.      No body ever came to God by the wisdom of the world

e.       Jews = signs = Religious

f.        Greeks = wisdom = Intellectuals

 III.      Challange or the Channel - a conduit (Eph. 5:15 – 21)

-There has been an exchange of life.  Christ life for yours and yours for His.

a.       Walk circumspectly – precisely and accurately

b.      Fools walk unwisely

c.       Redeeming the time, because the days are evil

1.      Time gives a sense of urgency

2.      We don’t have the time to be playing around

3.      The days are evil

4.      * Tozer –emergency

5.      Wise  - understand what the will of the Lord is.

6.      Be controlled or influenced by the Spirit of God daily

a.       Set it up that way

b.      Don’t wait on it, be filled.

7.      Be a channel through which the Lord can work.

        IV.      God wants to interrupt your regularly scheduled program.

a.       *The President – Illustration

           V.      Change  - (I Cor. 2: 17,18)
