Romans 8:28 KJV 1900
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

There Are No Accidents with God

Only when we view our present existence set in God’s purpose and God’s plan, which extends from eternity to eternity, do we get the right and fullest understanding.
Then an only then, we are in a position to see that all things which come to the Christian in this life—and also the sufferings of the present age—must work together for good to him.
All that is negative in this life is seen to have a positive purpose in the execution of God’s eternal plan.
The sufferings of this present time” seem to hinder God’s purpose for us; but in actual fact everything which seems to frustrate God’s purpose comes to serve its accomplishments.
“The result is that nothing can harm the Christian.
Even the onslaught of the powers of destruction belongs to that which must work together for good.”
Lets look to Gods word...
I. IT WAS NO ACCIDENT THAT PHARAOH'S DAUGHTER FOUND LITTLE MOSES IN THE BULRUSH
Exodus 2:5–6 KJV 1900
And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river’s side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it. And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, This is one of the Hebrews’ children.
This was a wonderful plan of God for little Moses.
The place, the time, and the person was in this plan.
II. IT WAS NO ACCIDENT THAT THE ISHMAELITES WERE COMING ALONG WHEN JOSEPH WAS BEING MISTREATED BY HIS BRETHREN
Genesis 37:15–16 KJV 1900
And a certain man found him, and, behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked him, saying, What seekest thou? And he said, I seek my brethren: tell me, I pray thee, where they feed their flocks.
Genesis 37:25 KJV 1900
And they sat down to eat bread: and they lifted up their eyes and looked, and, behold, a company of Ishmeelites came from Gilead with their camels bearing spicery and balm and myrrh, going to carry it down to Egypt.
Genesis 50:20 KJV 1900
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
Joseph like our Lord was misunderstood and suffered that others might be blessed.
Joseph was a type of Lord because his brethren hated Him.
III. IT WAS NO ACCIDENT THAT THE LITTLE MAID WAS BROUGHT TO NAAMAN'S HOUSE
2 Kings 5:2–3 KJV 1900
And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman’s wife. And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy.
Her suffering away from her home brought ease and blessings to Naaman's home.
Her advice to Naaman caused him to seek out the man of God.
IV. IT WAS NO ACCIDENT THAT AHASUERUS COULD NOT SLEEP WHEN MORDECAI AND THE JEWS WERE IN DANGER
Esther 6:1 KJV 1900
On that night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the king.
On that night could not the King sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the King.
V. IT WAS NO ACCIDENT THAT A LITTLE LAD HAD A LITTLE LUNCH OF LOAVES AND FISHES WITH HIM
John 6:9 KJV 1900
There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many?
There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes:
But what are they among so many? Little is much if God is in it.
