In this Psalm the writer begins questioning Gods goodness, questioning Gods greatness, questioning Gods Sovereignty, but by the end of the Psalm having taken his thoughts captive and reminding himself of Gods deeds in the past, and His sovereign rule over all creation, the Psalmist prays earnestly for the glory of God, this prayer serves as a model for us and as we should pray in times of trouble.
