CIT - The author wants us to know that valley experiences are inevitable, but endurable.

#1 - REALITY OF THE VALLEY

(even) Though - (conjunction) - despite the fact that; also; moreover; as well...
conjunction - a connector - the word “though” connects the previous verse

REALITY OF THE VALLEY (“valley of deepest darkness” in lieu of “valley of the shadow of death”)

WALK - Our Human side wants to hurry and get through, sometimes, we wish we could bypass the VALLEY ALL TOGETHER!

FEAR (BE AFRAID OF; BE SCARED) no HARM/EVIL...
