The title for today’s message is: “Giving Thanks”. Only one of nine lepers returned to Jesus to give thanks and he was not a member of the broader community. How do we respond to being a recipient of the major blessing, a healing, an event where we are rescued from certain serious danger? Do we simply give thanks and ‘move on’ into new situations without lingering thought of the blessing we had received? How do we give credit to Jesus and His love and care that ------?
