For such a time as this!

These trying times

We are still in the midst of an pandemic. in the middle of all the things that are happening , we continue to persevere. Some have overcome hardships, some are going through hardships and some dread the hardship that may be at the door. i have been praying and listening, waiting and praying. I know that Conocanary looks to me for guidance and i so desperately want to steer them in the right direction. What is the right direction, no one knows but each try to make their way based on the best information that is available to them.

This is a new day and we will probably never return to the ways things were, but we will make away that is worship . Worship in in it’s truest since because whatever we do ,we want to honor God. there are many who say this is the end days and the Lord will soon be coming in on a cloud. I do not know about that but i do know that it is a praying time and not a playing time.

Many of the messages I have preached lately have had an under current of warning, a since that the things that are happening are happening for a reason. And why I have not had that burning bush experience over this matter, I have felt like God was speaking to me.

Part of my insecurity is that while I believe God speaks to everybody, i feel like i am unworthy to speak for God, i feel as if I am not deserving to receive the word unfiltered from God.

I was reading Jeremiah and the word to Jeremiah was that God told him he knew him in the womb, and before he formed him he sanctified him. I know i was called to interpret the word of God. i have no doubt that he placed me here for such a time as this. God told Jeremiah that he was appointed to speak against the nations and the kingdoms. to uproot and tear down and to build up and plant.

In such a time as this I feel compelled to tell you the way of the wicked shall perish, that there is a need to tell you that there is a hell waiting for those of you who are the sway of the enemy, that there will be crying and suffering, and gnashing of teeth.

That there will be a reckoning for your behavior, that unless you repent and change your way, then hell is home. I don’t know what hell kook like, i know what some of the scriptures say. That there is eternal torment, fire and pain, the absence of God. You see people take God for granted, you expect to breath, to move and see. You expect sunshine and rain. You expect tomorrow because that is the way it has always been for you,. But that is nothing but God’s grace whether you asked for it or not, that was nothing but him raining on the just and the unjust. You don’t know how blessed you are but when you go to hell, you want have that blessing, you won’t sipping on some saint’s air, you wan’t be sharing some saint sun, you won’t have grace and the mercy, nothing but the pain and the misery.

I feel like i am unworthy to speak these words for i am a sinner, but it came to me like it came to Isaiah, woe to me because I have seen the presence of the holy one, and i am a man of un clean lips from a people of unclean lips. But I feel the God that I serve has touched these lips with burning coals of justification, sanctification and realization, that God is asking who will go for us. And i feel that in a time like this ,when the need for the word is so great , How can I not say Here I am Lord send me. Can I share with you what Jeremiah saw, and almond tree, and a pot of boiling water. The Almond tree meant the Lord was watching and the boiling water meant trouble was coming.

The lord is watching and the trouble is here.

I am not an end of the word preacher, but i would be foolish not to see the trouble that is all around. In America ,we are struggling with the problem of race. A problem that is ever present and never better, once camouflaged and now given license to raise its ugly head. There is hatred between the races and among the races. There is violence of an unprecedented sort form unexplained sources. If you do not believe there is an enemy and that the spirit of the enemy is running wild and unchecked. them the biblical adage he that eyes let him see, and he that has ears let him hear, definitely applies to you.

In such a time like this God is calling and i do not feel as if i can be the one to bring about change, or awareness, but in such a time as this here i am Lord send me.

I believe this word that i am trying to get out is nothing but look at your life ,see how you are living in light of where God would have you, If you held up a a holy mirror would your reflection reflect Jesus or something else.

God told Ezekiel ,i am sending you a hard headed people, they will not listen to me, so they will not listen to you. But you must give them the message whether they listen or not.

he told Ezekiel that the people he would speak to would be hard headed and stubborn. So he would make Ezekiel hard so that Ezekiel could speak the words. change your evil ways , repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand.

When Moses faced his challenge to take the words of God not only to Pharaoh but also to the enslaved Israelites, he said to God who shall i say sent me . God told him to tell them that I am sent hi,

I asked God why should people heed my message, why should they change there evil ways , I such a time is this why should they humble themselves and pray and turn from there wicked ways.

The message I received that if they want an end to sickness, and want healing to the the land then let them know know about I am. In such a time as this needs i am.

I was not like Ezekiel , I didn’t see a wheel in the middle of wheel, i didn’t see Angels praising God,

unlike Isaiah I didn’t see the temple fill up with presence of the lord like a cloud, unlike Moses i didn’t see a burning bush , and I wasn’t given given a staff of power

But i did hear from God, and i wasn;t given a staff but i was GIVEN A BOOK

And in that book , I found I am,

And in the Gospel of John power and salvation comes from I am! For Jesus says In the 6th verse Jesus says

I am bread of life

You have physical food, but man does live by bread lone get some spiritual food, a spiritual life through Jesus

, you have eaten and taken of everything else , but i am the bread of life fill up on me and be satisfied for I am what you need. You have an appetite for everything else and it had not satisfied but try me cause i got what you need!

The around in that 8th verse he says I am the the light of the world. You see you been running around in darkness. Sin creates darkness , stumbling, here, bumping in to his and that but I am the light at the end of the tunnel. i am that light that never goes out. Stop searching and go into t he light, that’s right go into the light that is Jesus.

Then in that 10th verse jesus says I am the door of the sheep hold. You see Jesus is at he door and he is not letting anything in that does not belong. You see there is a thief that comes to steal kill and destroy but when jesus is at the door then the devil is a liar. But he says my sheep know my voice. Do you know his voice church, do you know him for your self. because when he calls his sheep come . he stand s at the door and knocks because he wants to be at the table with you.

For he says in that same 10th chapter

i am the good shepherd. I got green pastures, and still waters. Some of you need some green pastures and some still waters jesus says i got them

And he right there in the valley of the shadow of death, with a rod and staff, .

He is the good shepherd follow him and surely goodness and mercy shall follow you all the the days of your life, ain’t that alright!

And in that that 11th chapter, he says you don’t have to wait for his goodness, you don’t have to way for the hereafter, because if you got Jesus he is the resurrection and the life. Do you have Jesus? If he can raise Lazarus he can save you too!

And in that 14th chapter he says that I am the way the truth and the life. Believe in God believe in me. In this world you will have trouble but don’t worry for I have overcome the world. Anybody here know he is an overcomer. has he ever overcome something in your life. overcome sorrow, over come sin, overcome sickness overcome the enemy I am the way , the only way to the father. i am the truth and , the truth will set you free, free form all that stuff

and Jesus says i am the life . Choose jesus Choose lofe

Then in that 15th chapter he says i am the true vine. i am the hook up, he who abides in me I will abide in him.

Stay with Jesus, i know some time he lets your branches get rimmed, and it hurts but stay with Jesus and he will stay with you. Abide in him and when you are down he abide in you and bring you up, won’t he do it church.

I am who i am,

There is another I am of Jesus not found in John ,Gospel, but in John’s revelation am the alpha and the omega, beginning and the end. Ain’t that good news. jesus is with you at the beginning , i knew you in your mother’s womb. and if you stay with that I am he be with at the end. well done my god and faithful servant. i am the the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end, the author and finisher of your fate
