Earlier in the “Lord’s Prayer”:

forgive me. This sin was too heavy for me. So I couldn't wear it anymore.
Our main problem is this: we don’t know what sin is anymore because we don’t know God anymore! It was read this morning: to know HIM! But, in the Bible, to know means to HAVE A DEEP RELATIONSHIP! DEEP! SO SO DEEP!
Our second main problem is that we don’t want to fight with sins we like (phone addiction).
Fight your temptations by prayer!
The term for “peirasmos” in NT: trial, temptation (Gen. 22:1; Ex. 17:2; Jas. 1:2).
Before encouraging you to pray, I want to make sure that you know the power of the prayer. Do you know it? How? DO you really believe in God? Do you really believe He is a person? If yes, how is possible to pray and nothing to happen?
Does God really tempt us? The difference between God and Satan is in their purpose of doing things!
God tests people, but He doesn’t tempt them (Gen 22:1; James 1:13-14)! When the Bible says that God tried the jewish people and after that the bible says that Satan tempted the jewish people we can understand it like this: God used Satan’s plan to show jewish people what is their inside being.Satan does tempt people! (Matt. 4 - Each time the devil did challenge Jesus, things were facing down: look at the stones, throw yourself down, look down at the world’s kingdoms)
The difference between God & Satan: God wants our SANCTIFICATION (Desăvârșire) & FAILURE (Decădere)!
Jesus was tempted!: the devil; pharisees.
Back the the prayer: what do we actually say? Don’t let us fail before the evil. Deliver us from the evil!
Who is the evil? The Devil! Correct. Who else? We. Me and you. And the world. We are saying: deliver me, oh Lord, from evil: the devil, the world and - the worst enemy I have - myself.

Pray: deliver me from the devil - 1 Thes 3:5; Matt. 4:2

How does God deliver us from devil?
Warning - Rev. 2:10
He simply destroys His plans!
Jesus helps us through His intercessions in Heaven! (Peter)
God is listening you mom and dad! Have you ever said “thanks mom, thanks dad” for you prayers for me?
Limiting the Devil - 1 Cor. 10:13
What happens if I’ve sinned? Don’t let your faith to fall with you. Get up: humble yourself and receive forgiveness. Luk 22:32
The devil knows very well that he has an ally, a partner, even in our being!
What should I do? PRAY! Deliver me from the devil.

II. Pray: deliver me from the world! 1 Jn 2:16

Your environment is very important! Don’t try to fight the whole world. It will beat you up! Run away as often as possible.
Try to have some good friends that fight together against the same problems: 2 Tim 2:22
The world will press your heart for bad decision. Rise & pray! Luk 22:41
One HOUR!

III. Pray: deliver me from myself!

The main problem is in me: I have bad desires. Satan knows he has an hidden ally in myself
I like to sin. So the main problem is my own being. That’s why we ask more and more to be filled with Holy Spirit. James 1:14!
You can help a men beaten by the devil. You can help a men beaten by the world. You cannot help a men beaten by himself.
Know yourself! Know yourself! What is your weak leak?
Physical pressure is similar to the pressure of temptation in some respects. We can often escape it on our own, but we all have limits.
For example, even the atomic submarines built strongly enough to batter through the ice at the North Pole have a maximum crush depth limit beyond which they may not go with safety. The submarine Thresher exceeded that depth some years ago. As the pressure increased, the seawater crushed the sub’s heavy steel bulkheads as if they were made of cheap plastic. Searchers found only little pieces of that huge submarine.Yet there are fish that live at the same depth in which the Thresher was crushed. How can these fish survive? The answer is that they have equal pressure within themselves. Thus it should be for all Christians. In ourselves we are doomed. But, in Christ, there is no temptation beyond our ability to resist.1374
Don’t waste time, because when you do that you waste your soul! Idle Christians are not tempted of the devil so much as they tempt the devil to tempt them
Our self is the main reasons Jesus said: if someone doesn’t himself, there is no way for him to be my disciple.
do not ruin your prayer by your habits.
you have enough already stored images that you will fight with all your life
I did pray for so many time, but nothing happened.
Well, there must but a reason: (1) you don’t really believe that God is a person; (2) you ruin your own prayer by your habits; (3) you want help only in one side of your life; (4) etc.
God is listening every single time. He is right there. You just have to believe He has the power to change your life and - thus - to have triumph! In Jesus Name. Amen
