1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. 6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. 7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

Ephesians 4:11–13 TPT

11 And he has appointed some with grace to be apostles, and some with grace to be prophets, and some with grace to be evangelists, and some with grace to be pastors, and some with grace to be teachers. 12 And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ. 13 These grace ministries will function until we all attain oneness in the faith, until we all experience the fullness of what it means to know the Son of God, and finally we become one perfect man with the full dimensions of spiritual maturity and fully developed in the abundance of Christ.

Introduction:

When we look at delegated authority the alignment must be in order to operate in it. if you have a circuit that the battery operates if the cable is not making connection the car will not start, or if your cellphone cord is not making connection your battery will drain and not charge. This is the attack that the devil use against the christian family, he causes us to get out of alignment or from under authority and you loose your connection. God gave you a pastor for a reason, we need each other teacher, pastor, evangelist, prophet and Apostle and we must submit to each level to flow in the power.

Delegated Spiritual Authority Defined

AUTHORITY. The power or right to perform certain acts without impediment. It is based upon some form of law, whether divine, civil, or moral. Supreme authority is God’s alone (Rom. 13:1), hence all human authority is derived

The authority that jesus has was given to the church

God’s rule is administered through the church.

all people are created equally and God is no respecter of persons, yet not all men are positioned equally. we must respect a person position.

God calls and God chooses, we cannot call or choose ourselves or position ourselves

The enemy tried to shut the church down with covid, by fear, fatigue, and fatalism.

five fold ministry responsibility is to prepare the people to operate in authority

we have authority in this world but it must be activated

5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. 6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

we have power over the devil

Luke 10:19 KJV 1900

19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

19 Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority.

activate it by faith, in your heart and mouth
