The Invisible Hope

Take your Bible, and turn with me to Hebrews Chapter 11, please. While you are making your way there, let me say, we are going to be talking this evening, about The Invisible Hope. If we want to live as victorious Christians, we must learn to live above what we see. Often we must remind ourselves as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, as to what the Apostle Paul instructed the Church of Corinth, “for we walk by faith, and not by sight.” That is…we must look beyond the ability of the natural eyes.
You have heard it said that, “seeing is believing.”
Or “What you see is what you get’’ and that is true to the natural eye of the spiritually dead.
But according to Word of God, that which you don’t see, is greater than that which you have seen, and that which you don’t see you may be obtained by grace through faith in Christ our Lord.
Now look with me into this very familiar scripture, and notice what it says...
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:3 By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.
